This is the plan that you pack and unpack by yourslf to be more reasonable price for moving. We help you prepare troublesome documents such as packing list and invoice and customs clearance. We recommend for people who have a small amount of moving stuff such as furniture.

3. Speed EMS Plan
We also offer EMS agent service such as packing service, transporting service (Your home to post office), and making INVOICE service. You can check prohibited items and regulated items with our staff in advance, so you can prepare with time to spare.

4. Warehouse storage service
We offer warehouse storage service (Both room temperature and constant temperature). If your items such as furniture, cartons, and documents do not fit your home, and if you have items that you will not use for a long term, you would better use our storage service. Once you arrive at the aiport, you need to do customs declaration. (It depends on destination of your moving)

When you arrive at the airport, please be sure to do customs declaration.
Our staff politely explain the procedure for declaration in advance.

- ① Immigration control

Once you arrive at the airport, please go to immigration control. If you perform the procedure with automated gate, please be sure to stop by manned immigration counter to get immigration stamp on your passport.
(Immigration stamp of your arrival day is one of necessary documents for your moving)

- ② Receive your check-in luggage
- After finishing immigration check, please receive you check-in luggage.

- ③ Customs declaration
- Once you receive your check-in luggage, please make a line on red line that means you declare for your moving, and please turn in two unaccompanied baggage declaration forms to a staff in customs. One of forms will be kept by customs,and the other form will be returned to you with seal of approval. After that, please go to the arrival lobby.

- ④ Proposing unaccompanied baggage declaration form

Please stop by a counter our sales staff guide in advance. Also, there might be that you need to mail documents to designated address. When you stop by counter, please prepare your passport and unaccompanied baggage declaration form with seal of approval.In any case, our sales staff will explain the procedure in detail.
